Data Deletion Request

You can ask VÉLA to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. We honour every valid request.

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] from the address or with the messaging handle you used with us, with the subject line "Delete my data".
  2. Tell us which channel you contacted us on (Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram or email) so we can locate your records.
  3. We will confirm your identity, delete your personal data from our active systems, and email you confirmation within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your conversation history, the contact handle you reached us through, and the planning details you shared. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires (for example, transaction records for accounting), held securely and used for no other purpose.

Instagram, Messenger & WhatsApp

If you contacted us through a Meta platform and wish to remove VÉLA's access, you can also remove the conversation on your side within the app. To delete the data we hold, please still send the request above so we can erase it from our systems.
