These terms govern your use of velasails.net and the VÉLA travel concierge. By using the service you agree to them.

What VÉLA does

VÉLA is a travel concierge. We help you plan and arrange journeys, and we suggest travel products and services. Where you arrange an allocation through a partner link, VÉLA may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. This is disclosed and never changes the fare you pay.

Bookings and suppliers

Travel services (flights, stays, experiences, insurance and similar) are provided by third-party suppliers under their own terms and conditions. Your contract for those services is with the supplier.
We take care to share accurate information, but prices and availability are set by suppliers and can change. We confirm details before anything is arranged.
We never take payment within a chat. Any payment is made to the relevant supplier or through a secure, clearly identified link.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information so we can help you well.
Ensure you hold valid travel documents, visas and insurance appropriate to your journey.
Use the service lawfully and not for any abusive or fraudulent purpose.

Limitation of liability

VÉLA provides planning and arrangement assistance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or service failures of third-party suppliers, or for losses outside our reasonable control.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
